Start your day with our Morning Meetup, featuring 20-30 minute exercises based on various Tai Qi and Qigong movements. Simple yet effective, these practices gently get blood and qi moving, enhancing energy, stamina, mood, and vitality.

Nutrition guidance

Our one-on-one nutrition consultations help you achieve balanced health. We also host insightful workshops on various subjects like healthy eating, balancing blood sugar, supporting happy liver function, and effective detox protocols.

The easiest way to start is by joining our free, morning exercise meetup. It's a wonderful opportunity to experience Tai Qi and Qigong exercises and see if our community is the right fit for you. Afterwards, you can choose to simply continue enjoying the free morning sessions or explore our workshops and one-on-one programs to further your progress.  Classes start at 7:30am PT.
